Ian Black is leading development efforts for grid-scale wind, solar, and storage projects for ENGIE North America. He joined ENGIE in July 2022, bringing 15 years of experience in development, origination, and acquisition that has enabled for more than 5 GW of wind, solar and energy storage. He holds a Master in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Environmental Policy and Planning from the University of Michigan, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Colorado. 

His keynote speech will focus on the current landscape of renewable energy development in the US, and opportunities for disruption in renewable energy space looking forward.
